【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60255isbasedonIEC61000-4-5,referringtothatpublicationwhereapplicable,andspecifiesthegeneralrequirementsforsurgeimmunitytestsformeasuringrelaysandprotectionequipmentforpowersystemprotection,includingthecontrol,monitoringandprocessinterfaceequipmentusedwiththosesystems.Theobjectiveofthetestsistoconfirmthattheequipmentundertestwilloperatecorrectlywhenenergizedandsubjectedtohigh-energydisturbancesonthepowerandinterconnectionlines,causedbysurgevoltagesfromswitchingandlightningeffects.Thisstandarddoesnotintendtotestthecapabilityoftheinsulationtowithstandhigh-voltagestress.TheinsulationtestiscoveredbyIEC60255-27.Therequirementsspecifiedinthisstandardareapplicabletomeasuringrelaysandprotectionequipmentinanewconditionandalltestsspecifiedaretypetestsonly.Theobjectofthisstandardistodefine:?termsused;?testseveritylevels;?testequipment;?testset-up;?testprocedures;?criteriaforacceptance;?testreportrequirements.
