【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusedtoprovidedataonstrainorforceandacceleration,velocityordisplacementofapileunderimpactforce.Thedataareusedtoestimatethebearingcapacityandtheintegrityofthepile,aswellashammerperformance,pilestresses,andsoildynamicscharacteristics,suchassoildampingcoefficientsandquakevalues.ThistestmethodisnotintendedtoreplaceTestMethodD1143.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheprocedurefortestingverticalorbatterpilesindividuallytodeterminetheforceandvelocityresponseofthepiletoanimpactforceappliedaxiallybyapiledrivinghammertothetopofthepile.Thistestmethodisapplicabletodeepfoundationunitsthatfunctioninamannersimilartofoundationpiles,regardlessoftheirmethodofinstallationprovidedthattheyarereceptivetohighstrainimpacttesting.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblemsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Foraspecificprecautionarystatement,seeNote5.Note1--High-straindynamictestingrequiresastrainatimpactwhichisrepresentativeofaforceinthepilehavingthesameorderofmagnitude,orgreater,thantheultimatecapacityofthepile.Note2--Thisstandardmethodmaybeappliedforhigh-straindynamictestingofpileswiththeuseofonlyforceorstraintransducersand/oracceleration,velocityordisplacementtransducersaslongasthetestresultsclearlystatehowthetestingdeviatesfromthestandard.Note3--Asuitablefollowermayberequiredfortestingcast-in-placeconcretepiles.Thisfollowershouldhaveanimpedancewithin80and150%ofthatofthepile.However,additionalcautionandanalysismayberequirediftheimpedanceisnotwithin10%.Formandreldrivenpiles,themandrelmaybeinstrumentedinasimilarwaytoadrivenpileprovidedthatthemandrelisconstructedofasinglememberwithnojoints.
