【摘要】:ThisPublishedDocumentsetsouttheprocedurestobefollowedinevaluatingtheuncertaintyintheresultofameasurement.ItfollowstheprinciplessetoutinthedocumentGuidetotheexpressionofuncertaintyinmeasurement,knownastheGUM(PD6461-3).ItisintendedforusebythepractisingmeasurementprofessionalwhoseeksapracticalguidetotheapplicationoftheGUM’smethodologytoindustrialmeasurementproblems.ThisPublishedDocumentisapplicabletosituationswhereaformulaormathematicalmodelisavailablefortherequiredquantityintermsofinput(orinfluence)quantities.Itdoesnotcovercircumstanceswherereproducibilitystudiesarerequiredtoprovideafullstatementofuncertainty.WherethisPublishedDocumentstopsshortoftherigorousapproachadvocatedintheGUM,referenceismadetotheappropriateclauseintheGUMforthoserequiringdetailsofthefullanalysis.ShortexamplesillustratingtheindividualstepsintheproceduresaregiveninthebodyofthestandardandafullerexampleoftheapplicationoftheproceduresisgiveninAnnexA.
