【摘要】:Radioscopyisaversatilenondestructivemeansforexamininganobject.Itprovidesimmediateinformationregardingthenature,size,location,anddistributionofimperfections,bothinternalandexternal.Italsoprovidesarapidcheckofthedimensions,mechanicalconfiguration,andthepresenceandpositioningofcomponentsinamechanism.Itindicatesinreal-timethepresenceofstructuralorcomponentimperfectionsanywhereinamechanismoranassembly.Throughmanipulation,itmayprovidethree-dimensionalinformationregardingthenature,sizes,andrelativepositioningofitemsofinterestwithinanobject,andcanbefurtheremployedtocheckthefunctioningofinternalmechanisms.Radioscopypermitstimelyassessmentsofproductintegrity,andallowspromptdispositionoftheproductbasedonacceptancestandards.Althoughcloselyrelatedtotheradiographicmethod,ithasmuchloweroperatingcostsintermsoftime,manpower,andmaterial.Long-termrecordsoftheradioscopicimagemaybeobtainedthroughmotion-picturerecording(cinefluorography),videorecording,orx201C;stillx201D;photographsusingconventionalcameras.Theradioscopicimagemaybeelectronicallyenhanced,digitized,orotherwiseprocessedforimprovedvisualimageanalysisorautomatic,computer-aidedanalysis,orboth.1.1Thisguideisfortutorialpurposesonlyandtooutlinethegeneralprinciplesofradioscopicimaging.1.2Thisguidedescribespracticesandimagequalitymeasuringsystemsforreal-time,andnearreal-time,nonfilmdetection,display,andrecordingofradioscopicimages.Theseimages,usedinmaterialsexamination,aregeneratedbypenetratingradiationpassingthroughthesubjectmaterialandproducinganimageonthedetectingmedium.AlthoughthedescribedradiationsourcesarespecificallyX-rayandgamma-ray,thegeneralconceptscanbeusedforotherradiationsourcessuchasneutrons.Theimagedetectionanddisplaytechniquesarenonfilm,buttheuseofphotographicfilmasameansforpermanentrecordingoftheimageisnotprecluded.Note18212;Forinformationpurposes,refertoTerminologyE1316.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecificsafetyprecautionarystatements,seeSection6.
