【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinesthemeanstobeusedtocathodicallyprotectthesubmergedareasoffixedsteeloffshorestructuresandappurtenances.1StructuralpartsThisEuropeanStandarddefinestherequirementsforthecathodicprotectionoffixedstructures,includingsubseaproductionandrelatedprotectivestructureswhetherconnectedornottoeachotherbypipelinesand/orwalkways.Italsocoversthesubmergedareasofappurtenancesattachedtothestructure,whentheseareelectricallyconnectedtothestructure.Itdoesnotcoverthecathodicprotectionoffloatingstructuressuchasships,semi-submersibleunits,orelongatedstructuressuchaspipelinesorcables.ThisEuropeanStandardconcernsonlythecathodicprotectionofexternalsurfaces,incontactwiththeseawaterorwiththeseabed.Itcoverstheimmersedorburiedexternalsurfacesofthejacket,conductorpipes,wellcasings,piles,J-tubes,productionorutilityrisers,etc.Itdoesnotcoverthecorrosionprotectionofthesectionsofthestructureabovethesealevel,i.e.thesplashzoneandatmosphericzone.Thisstandarddoesnotincludetheinternalprotectionofanycomponentssuchasjacketmembers,legs,conductorpipes;theprotectionoftheseisoftenperformedusingchemicals.2MaterialsThisEuropeanStandardcoversthecathodicprotectionofbareorcoatedsteelswithaspecifiedminimumyieldstrength(S.M.Y.S.)notexceeding500N/mm.2.1OverpolarizationandhighstrengthsteelsIfthepotentialofthestructurebecomestoonegativethestructurewillbecomeoverpolarizedandthiscaninduceapenetrationofhydrogenintothesteelwall,resultinginembrittlementofthemetal,andsubsequentlyapossibledetrimentaleffect,includingpropagationofcracks.Asageneralindicationthehigherthetensileproperties,thegreateristheriskofhydrogeninduceddamage.However,materialhardnessandmicrostructurearealsoimportant.Thesephenomenacanoccuronconventionalsteelsusedforoffshorefixedstructures(gradeS355asperEN10025)atpotentialsmorenegativethan-1,10Vvs.Ag/AgCl/seawater.Relevanttestsshouldbeperformedfortheuseofcathodicprotectionoutsidetheselimits.2.2GalvaniccouplingSomepartsofthestructurecanbemadeofmetallicmaterialsotherthancarbonmanganesesteel.Thecathodicprotectionsystemshouldbedesignedtoensurethatthereiscompletecontroloveranygalvaniccorrosionarisingfromthiscoupling.3EnvironmentThisEuropeanStandardisapplicableforthewholesubmergedzoneinanykindofseawaterorseabed.Forsurfaceswhicharealternatelyimmersedandexposedtotheatmosphere,thecathodicprotectionisonlyeffectivewhentheimmersiontimeissufficientlylongforthesteeltobecomepolarized.Thisisthecaseonaboutthelowestthirdpartofthetidalzone.Adifferentmethodofcorrosionprotectionshallbethereforeusedfortheprotectionofthewettedsurfacelocatedabovethislevel,i.e.byusingaprotectivecoating,cladding,sheathingorincreasingthethicknessofthestructuralmaterial.
